Immediate Care Support - Best Coverage
Get on-hand support for mission-critical systems to keep them continuously running. Our Immediate Care program gives you the ability to diagnose and fix problems right away, backed by technical support and on-site emergency service.
Complete Care Plus Support
Four-hour target response time from the time of dispatch for onsite help from a trained service professional Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time, excluding nationally recognized holidays.
Complete Care Support
Onsite help from a trained service professional Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, excluding nationally recognized holidays.
Parts Care - Best Value
If you have the technical expertise in house to handle maintenance issues, you can contract with us to supply parts and components.
Telephone Care Support
Telephone support may be purchased in 5, 10 or 50-hour increments, on two different plans:
